Harvard Consulting is a multi-disciplinary advisory services firm. We operate two separate divisions one offering General Business Advisory services and the other offering range of Environmental Consulting services specialising in the area of Waste Electrical and Electronic Equipment compliance and Authorised Representative Services. Our General Business Advisory Practice specialises in advising clients on business development, maximising organisational efficiencies, developing strong financial analysis and reporting systems to help management successfully realise the value of their business.

 

We focus on working with clients to help them structure their businesses to enable them to proctect their investment and achieve their goals. We understand the investment in resources, finance and effort that business owners put into their business and the need for them to get a real reward on that investment. We know that as businesses grow, their systems and processes become strained and new more 'scale appropriate' practices are required to match the development of the business.

We look at the way your organisation operates and how it's set up to cater for change. How you go to market, your channel strategies, marketing performances, and the systems that support the business, from sales team performances, procurement, stock management, logistics, customer service management, business and financial reporting sytems. We look at how your people are performing and whether they have the required skillsets and competencies to grow your business.
